We really can’t thank or recommend Jenna Henley at Ryder & Dutton enough! As first time buyers, my partner and I were completely new to the process, but from our first viewing Jenna completely put us at ease by answering any questions we had not just about the property but the process in general. Once our offer was accepted, Jenna was there to guide us through every step of the way where she updated us regularly, helped contact our solicitor for information when we were struggling and was on hand to help with any questions or concerns. Communication was amazing, and due to Jenna’s personable and approachable nature, we were never afraid to send an email or pick up the phone. We simply couldn’t have done this without her, and we can’t thank her enough for how easy she made what it’s known to be an incredibly stressful process.

The house I purchased was with Ryder & Dutton and the service I received from day one right up to completion day was fantastic. My only regret is not using them to sell my own house as once I sold the property I didn’t hear from my estate agent until completion day! I mainly dealt with Jenna from R&D Royton branch and she was brilliant. Checked in with me every couple of weeks and towards the end I was speaking or emailing her nearly every day and she was great with chasing the solicitors and other parties to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible. Based on my recent experiance I would recommend R&D and if I was to sell again I would absolutely use them.

We just completed on a house purchase in Royton and were assisted by Jenna at Ryder and Dutton.
