I wish to recommend Ryder and Dutton as an excellent estate agent. The whole process from the valuation of the house to organisation of the open day to the completion of the sale was handled very efficiently by Michaela Hewson at the Royton Branch and Laura Gittins at the Middleton Branch Both ladies were very understanding and helpful when delays occurred due to personal circumstances. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent and regular updates were provided by both ladies to ensure the move went smoothly.

Jenna was amazing throughout a very long process when buying a property. She was constantly on the ball chasing up queries and time frames which really took the stress out of buying. She was always up to date with the latest progress and quick to move on to the next stage of the sale. There’s nothing she wouldn’t have done, would highly recommend !

Jenna, was nothing short of amazing from the off, even on the days it sapped my energy and my fight, she remained professional and couteous along with her other colleagues. Jenna would do her utmost all of the time . Would highly recommend!
