As a landlord living out of town, I wanted Martin and co to manage my let. They never once let me down in the 5 years I used their service, the house was always let out to excellent tenants and all issues were resolved effectively. In October 2018 I decided I wanted to sell my property. I knew M+C had a sales department but had always associated them with rentals not sales but for ease of access for potential buyers I decided to keep it all in house despite my reservations. I’m really pleased I made that decision, over the first weekend of it being on the market they had a number of viewings that resulted in 3 offers and it was sold subject to contract shortly after with comlpletion in February 2019, 4 months - job done. I cannot praise Phil and his team, both rentals and sales, enough.

Only rented a place through M&Co for 6 months, unfortunately couldn't stay due to work commitments. Would have loved to stay longer as communication was quick and helpful, issues were resolved promptly, and I felt properly respected as a tenant as I feel I had in turn respected both the property and landlord. I guess your mileage may vary depending on how well you form your relationship with M&Co and the landlord, however I can say that the staff here are willing to help and answer any questions you have. My small criticism would be one instance where I didn't receive prior notice to a requested viewing (They asked immediately if I wanted them to leave and apologised), however in my opinion this didn't spoil my experience with M&Co.

Having just moved out of our property that we rented for over 10years I would like to give a big thank you to Martin and co. As tenants we had the best experience thanks to you guys ! Our home always felt our home and I think that’s the key to a great landlord/tenent relationship any issues were dealt with promptly and to our convenience ( there was never many ) and I found all the staff extremely polite helpful and just down to earth. I would like to give a special mention to Emma who has been excellent with insuring out checkout/move went as smooth as possible believe me 10years of stuff is not easy to move ! Thank you Martin and co for 10 years of happy memories and laughter in our home. 👍🏻

Having made the decision to let our house, it was important we chose a reliable letting agent. We chose Martin & Co as we had met Phil Watson when he managed some apartments in the block where we used to live. We had been impressed by his professionalism. An excellent tenant was found in less than a week. Regular inspection visits were carried out during the tenancy. Always helpful advice from Emma and the team. We were with Martin and Co for 2 years in a wonderful house! Any issues and they were rectified as soon as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. The main person who made our experience better was Emma. She has been nothing but helpful from the start, always understanding and was fantastic from start to finish! If I ever needed to go back to Martin and Co I would go straight to Emma! She was pleasant and helpful and really went out of her way to help us, even when I was emailing non stop 😂 so from the bottom of our hearts thank you Emma, all the staff at Martin and Co and all the maintenance guys when we had the bad winds and flying fence panels!
