Ive recently moved house and used Martin & Co Rochdale for the first time and I was honestly surprised with how seamless the experience was. Cerys was amazing before I actually acquired the tenancy, really friendly and helpful and was readily available for questions. She processed my application very quickly and made a stressful time a whole lot easier. Since moving in to the property Abby has taken great care of me and any issues I have had. She completed my first tenancy visit and was really warm and friendly and as soon as I reported an issue in the property she responded and constantly checked in with me to make sure the issue was resolved.
