They merely were advising that in their opinion your property had been overvalued, which would likely result in it sticking on the market and you not achieving a timely sale. Hi Asmara, I have listened to yesterday's call recording between yourself and my colleague Ben. At no point was Ben disrespectful, he was friendly and helpful at all times. As part of our qualifiation process he asked you questions relating to who would be living in the property. Based on the landlords letting criteria and given the size of the second bedroom he deemed it to be too small for your family and declined a viewing for you, as this would have wasted your, our and the landlords time. We would be happy to discuss more suitable rental properties with you in the future as they become available. Given the above we feel your 1* review to be an unfair reflection on our company and the service we provide and so would be greatful if you would remove it. Kind regards, Martin & Co

Dear Prox Killselite (?), rather than simply give a hard working business a 1* review via a pseudonym for not returning a call, please could you provide your real name so that we can contact you direct and explain why we may not have got back to you. We always endeavor to respond to enquiries the same day, but sometimes a wrong number is provided or the number is engaged etc. Also, as your other 1* review was at a carvery in South Manchester, it may be that you have reviewed the wrong Martin & Co?
