Excellent professional gentleman
John has been really helpful in Munich journey of selling my house. He has kept excellent communication of my preference and has maintained continuity of my case. Efficient, Great Communication, Expert Advice and Curteous!
The Cowell-Norford team helped me sell my property and we agreed a sale within 3 weeks of my house going on the market! First Lee came round to Value my property and gave me a realistic number that I should achieve for my property and also gave me some really good advice on what I could do to make my property more saleable. The Team at Rochdale were dealing with my sale and they made it seem so effortless and always kept me up to date on what was going on with the sale of my house! overall I am very impressed with the professionalism of this agent and would 100% recommend using them! Very professional and really helpful
Spent some weeks now dealing with jon - he really took on board our requirements and went all out to find us exactly what we wanted. Very informative gave me accurate infomation and advice on the best way forward. The finacial advice really helped as well. All in all very friendly and approachable. Would definitely use cowell and norford again. P

Terrible customer service from the very start!
They showed up 40 minutes late to a rental viewing, but did not bother to call to let us know about delays - I had to chase them up (we were relocating and had driven up from south Wales especially for viewings). Failed to email over paperwork when they said they would (they eventually sent it over two days later than promised, but again only after I chased it up). They refuse to answer the telephone or acknowledge that they've made mistakes. Unsurprisingly we've since decided that we won't be renting via Cowell-Norford. Very shoddy customer service indeed.
