We needed to find a rental urgently, and upon a suitable property becoming available we were fast-tracked to view later the very same day. In fact Andy the agent was willing to do so ‘after’ normal working hours, so both very grateful and impressed by this alone. The process moved along swiftly following our request to take-on the tenancy, and we were kept updated regularly and thoroughly each step. Alas we made it with a couple of days only to spare!
