Professional service, above and beyond.

My recent experience of selling a property was 100% satisfactory. All staff went above and beyond what was required during the sale of my Mother's property, even though I live 500 miles away. They kept me up to date on a regular basis and I cannot thank them enough for making what could have been a very tricky transaction go smoothly.

Highly recommemded for a professional service

Selling of Abberley House

Thanks to David, Dan & Wes for your persistence! I could not have asked for a more personal service. Great photos and brochures made all the difference, I think. Great sale, would highly recommend

We recently sold our house in Ringwood through David L Fells. The viewings were all accompanied by David himself and the initial sale was very quick. The process through to completion was somewhat long and drawn out, but this was through no fault of David Fells and each time there was a problem, or a delay, or stress started creeping in, the team were always there to iron out the problems and ease our anxieties. They kept us informed and were very professional at all times. We were very impressed with the standard of service we received and although we are now resident in Spain, we would highly recommend David and his team to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying in the Ringwood and surrounding area.

if you use Fells you are using the best.

I would recommend this Estate Agent to anyone wishes to sell or purchase their property. The service was excellent. Wes or Daniel went beyond the call of duty to ensure both my sale and purchase went as smoothly as possible, in fact, they held my hand throughout! This firm offers good old fashion business values, and you can be sure that, if you use David Fells Estate Agents you are using the best.

Many thanks to all at David L Fells for the excellent service you provided during the recent sale of my house. The photography and preparation of the sales details showed the house off to its full potential, viewings were advised and managed by you extremely efficiently and the sale itself was concluded with minimum fuss and at a satisfactory price. The team at Fells turn the estate agent stereotype completely on its head.

The team at David Fells turn the estate agent stereotype completely on its head. They are very professional, proactive and friendly. They helped to minimise the stress of our house move by regularly keeping us up to date on progress. Whereas itâ€™s usually the client that has to chase everyone in the chain, the team at David Fells were always one step ahead and didnâ€™t need any chasing. Their professionalism made a huge difference to us - without their help we would never have moved house on time. A massive thank you to Dan, David and Wes. If we ever move again, we will certainly be selling our house with you!
