This was a long, complicated journey with many obstacles including last minute withdrawals, a bottom of the chain stamp duty show stopper, an investor changing their mind on the day of exchange and a flood to name but a few. Matt himself puts it in his top four of "horrible" sales. However, we finally got there and all the way through Matt and the team were available, patient and helpful despite my increasing levels of anxiety.
