UPDATE: (November 2024) Having originally purchased our home as first-time buyers through Robsons 4 years ago, we had absolutely no hesitation in enlisting their services when the time came for us to sell. Matthew Gooder was fantastic in listing the house, explaining the process and keeping us updated regularly on any developments. Though it was not a straight forward sale, Matthew and his team, especially Mark Jones, remained in regular contact and kept a steady stream of interested buyers coming to view the house. They both also went above and beyond by helping us understand what to expect, what to do and not do and what was happening at the other end of the chain. They were always quick to respond to us; answering any questions we had, which there were many!
