Great experience buying a property through Dey King and Haria and working with Rebecca at the watford branch. She was professional, helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary in order to ensure the deal was done. Even though their interests were with the seller(their client) on this particular transaction Rebecca understood the importance of the sale to us personally and worked tirelessly to make it happen.

The company is amazing. They have rented my flats out over the last 5 years. Minimal void periods and most importantly not one missed rent payment. I cannot recommend enough. I normally don't write much reviews but the team at Dey King and Haria were fabulous & very helpful through every stage of selling our property. Although, we were not in a chain, we had agreed a sale timeline right at the onset of our initial contact and requested that we strictly abide by the same. We were regularly updated at every stage of the process and the folks especially Becky & Sam in particulate were very supportive of our situation, honest and often went above and beyond. There was a stage where due to delays at the buyers end, we felt things were falling apart but both Becky & Sam regularly chased the required parties and ensured that things came back on track. If you are looking for an estate agent within Watford or surrounding areas, I would highly recommend these folks.

I’ve had an incredibly wonderful experience with Dey King and Haria Estate Agents. Samantha was my first point of contact and the one who showed me my future property. I was amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable she was on the day of the viewing. Rebecca, the sales coordinator, was then making sure the sale was going through as smoothly as it was possible.
