Lots of reasons: 1) Their valuation of the property was in the top 2 of those who came out to see us, and was 20% higher than the lowest. We beat that asking price 2) They were incredibly friendly throughout the process and felt like real, genuine people who I wanted representing my property. 3) They catered for even my most eccentric needs, helping me edit the description of the house until I was happy and helping make sure the photos were right 4) When our buyers had some issues with their solicitor, Newton Fallowell's team bent over backwards to help them resolve it and made sure the sale completed as far as practical, overcoming some of the emotional moments 5) Whilst our property was listed, they kept us up to date with the amount of interest online and helped manage viewings very smoothly All in all, a great service and we're really glad we went with them.

We recently moved to the Retford area from Essex and we found a house we liked on Newton Fallowell's rental site. From a video viewing to the day we picked up the keys, they were really great. They helped in a number of ways that I just hadn't really ever experienced with other agents, even down to the tenant's welcome box. Often as tenants, agencies can make you feel like second class citizens, but not Newton Fallowell. Claire and Jade have been fantastic and anything we've needed help with since we moved in, they've been extremely responsive. In the past we've been really anxious to report any problems due to the responses we've received from other agencies, but that couldn't be further from the case with Newton Fallowell.
