Just how an estate agent should be from a seller's point of view. Sensible valuation of property and discussion of marketing strategy. Very good feedback from viewings with electronic notification of appointments. Negotiated a better price once an offer was received. Unlike many estate agents did not move on to the next property once the sale was agreed. Kept in touch both the buyers and their solicitor on a regular basis and fed back to the seller how things were progressing. Acted proactively to sort out any issues that arose along the way. Always pleasant to deal with and quick to respond to any queries by phone or email. Could not ask for more from Millie and the team.
