Sally Ewbank has been absolutely excellent from the day we met her. Extremely hands on, communicative, extremely knowledgeable and guided us very well on choosing our tenants. Being overseas landlords, Her expertise has made us very comfortable knowing we have left our home in very capable hands. She is proactive, has a quick response time and solves tenant issues quickly. Steph at Power Bespoke sold my house ! ! My house went on the market at about the worst time and when I met Steph Briscoe I had already been with two other estate agents. Step impressed me with her knowledge, directness, optimism and sense of humour. The commission rate was slightly above the normal "High Street" estate agent and when I queried this, Steph made a comparison with Stella Artois and said that she was "Reassuringly Expensive", having asked Steph to sell my house she more than proved her worth in a difficult market supporting me with regular updates and making sure that the house was shown in its best light. The approach to selling the house compared to the "High Street" agents was like chalk and cheese. I found Steph and the team at Power bespoke to be friendly, direct, hard working and honest and would respond with a twist on the L'Oréal commercial - "She is worth it" !
