Oulsnam Moseley are excellent. James offered a higher valuation of our property than many others by understanding the kind of people who might have wanted to purchase our property. They achieved close to that valuation price relatively quickly. He was extremely professional and prompt in dealing with the negotiation, offering excellent advice along the way in terms of what offers we should consider prioritising. Lauren ensured our photos looked the best they could, produced a brilliant video, and was invaluable in aiding communication between the parties involved which ensured we got the deal over the line. This was a service totally absent in our purchase property with a different estate agent. Both of these staff members (and all others at the branch) are simply a lot more friendly, conscientious and professional than the vast majority of others we interacted with through both our property search and sale/purchase process. Some of those others were actually quite shockingly poor, which made us appreciate all the more what a great team we had backing us up at Oulsnam Moseley.
