We bought our first home with oulsnam and I genuinely could not have asked for a better agent. From the first contact, they made an appointment time which was convenient to us as we both work strange hours which don't comply with office times, in fact we first viewed at 8am on Good Friday! We requested a second visit and we were given lots of honest information which put our mind at rest and gave us a firmer understanding of the process of buying a house and, in particular, a house going through probate. Every communication we had there after we felt like Oulsnam were really on our team and when sellers solicitors were slower or we needed a question answering for our own solicitors, oulsnam got onto it straight away and got back in touch as soon as the answer was sent (mostly same day!). When we collected the keys, they shared in our excitement and happiness and we genuinely felt thrilled with our new home and the support recieved. Would HIGHLY recommend Oulsnam and a special mention to Debbie who knew when we called, asked about our life in general and made us smile after each call.

I have recently brought my first home through Oulsam estate agents redditch. I had went to view the property the day it went live and put in my offer and the day after my offer was accepted. I found that all the ladies in the office very helpful they talked me through each step as it was completly new to me and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. i had a very quick sale and they did great to advocate for my wishes throughout the process. Kirsty and Natalie was especially helpful and was quick with anwsering my emails and getting back to me when they was away from their desk. I cannot thank the ladies enough i now have my new home for myself and my children which i love!! Couldnt reccomend this agency enough.
