We decided to sell our bungalow with a different estate agent and one week before contract signing the buyer dropped out. Not having moved for 37 years it was a distressing experience. Buying a house (and selling one at the same time) is never easy. We had lots of ups and downs including several occasions where the vendors threatened to put the house back on the market. Dobson's, and specifically, Abigail is the only reason we didn't lose the house. Communication was brilliant, she was always contactable, she worked for us and was empathetic throughout the difficulties caused mostly by inefficient solicitors! We would absolutely recommend Dobson's and know you'll be in safe hands with Abigail.
