Fabulous service from Olga at John Shepherd. She helped us find my disabled mum a new house to move into and was amazingly helpful. She even came out to the car park to us in the rain to go through some paperwork as my mum couldn't make it in the office. Nothing was too much hassle and every query was answered quickly and efficiently. Would very much recommend John Shepherd to anyone and if you want someone who goes the extra mile in lettings, make sure you ask for Olga.
