What a lovely helpful department. Sophie and Helen were great. They both were always there to answer any questions or to support me in any way through the purchasing process which they didn't have to do but were more than happy to do so. They helped me so much when I didn't understand certain stages, they explained everything as we went along. They also told me what I should be expecting from my solicitors and when to push things along. Every need was met by both Sophie and Helen. Anything I sent to either of them would be dealt with promptly. Very professional but also very approachable, I felt very comfortable that I could contact them anytime for any guidance.
