No question was ever too much to answer, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond to ensure both the sale and purchase ran as smoothly as possible (even with the unavoidable odd bump in the road). Absolutely brillaint. We didn't use michael pool to sell our property but they were used for our buyers and for the property we were purchasing. Because of this we had a lot of interaction and help from them, even so much as mortgage advisor recommendation and when it came to a last minute need for an electrician michael pool again recommended one. They checked in and were polite and very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend them and although I plan on living here until im dead, if we had to move again id recommend them. Up the pools

I instructed Nev Lyons at Ewe Move to sell my house and would highly recommend him. I met other local estate agents and felt I would be 1 of 100s of customers and they weren't really prepared to put much effort into selling my house at the best price. Nev stood out because he was enthusiastic and honest from the beginning. He kept me up to date throughout and was never too busy to speak to me. I always spoke to Nev (rather than one of a team of people). I always felt that Nev was focused on achieving the best price from the buyer in the strongest position rather than encouraging us to accept low offers from weak buyers just to hit a sales target. Nev's fees weren't any more than other local estate agents but I received brilliant personal service which I didn’t feel would necessarily be available from the traditional estate agents I met with.

Went so well with Nev buying our 1st house that when we decided to sell it knew it was in safe hands. 10/10 service.
