MP were instructed to sell my Mothers home in summer 2024. I have mostly dealt with Emma who is branch manager in Redcar. Excellent service from start to finish. Attention to detail very good, prompt communications. Very good estate agents, we would highly recommend.

I've recently bought a house from a Seller who was using Michael Poole as their estate agent. Were it not for Helen Nicholson at Michael Poole, it would have been 10 x more stressful than it was. We had poor communication from both solicitors, but Helen bridged the gap between me and the Seller, and kept me informed quicker and more thoroughly than my own solicitor did. Jack was helpful when showing me around the properties and supporting me in the next steps and kept me updated making everything smooth as possible .
