We recently rented an apartment through PROSPECT Reading. We wouldn't be happier with the services and how the team handled the whole process from viewing to signing the contract. Special thanks to Kurt Owen he was awesome and was a pleasure all through the process.

My husband and i have used Prospect (Reading) for a good 8 years now and when the time came to sell our house, we decided to stay with Prospect to ensure we had consistency and i cannot fault the team. After Prospect found us a buyer, i was handed over to Ross for the overall sale of the property. Ross has been by my side every step of the way, guiding, supporting and putting us at ease during our transaction. There on the end of the phone no matter how many times i bugged him, always professional but always reassuring too. We could not have done this without him and we can't thank him enough for his dedicated support/helping us close one chapter and start another 👌

Sasha Allen has recently dealt with the renewal of a tenancy at one of my properties. She was aware of all that needed to be done and pressed to ensure that everything was completed within the required time frame. Excellent communication skills and efficient manner. It was a pleasure to have her handle my business.

Following the recent purchase of a buy to let property, Prospect Lettings were incredibly efficient, responsive and quick off the mark finding a list of prospective from their records before the house sale was even completed and the property ready to let. Within a week of completion they had organised an open event with 5 viewings and I had identified my preferred tenant. There were several more enquiries in subsequent weeks and a great deal of interest from many parties - all of which wanted to take the property. Prospect Lettings have been reassuringly effective in vetting prospective tenants not only through their referencing system but also through talking to them and applying a great deal of experience and common sense. I have received excellent advice and guidance in my choice of tenant . Choosing the right tenant is key to a successful rental relationship, particularly when managing things yourself. All administration and paperwork has been equally impressive and highly efficient. Communication is excellent. A big thank you to Lettings Manager Elliott Garrington and his highly efficient team who have been so helpful and responsive.

Good Experience working with Prospect. We bought and sold our house with them and both the process was super efficient just like all of their staff. I would like to special mention Michael Sharp and Aimee Smith who were dealing with our case and they are really nice people. They always made sure that we are aware of each and every step of the process and things are moving forward at good speed. There was hardly anytime I can remember when I have to follow up with them as it was always these people coming back to us with updates. Overall, I would highly recommend Prospect and their Services.

We are in the process of selling our flat with Prospect. They have been really helpful, especially Michael Sharp. He has been updating us regarding the progress of sale and giving valuable advice. He is quick to return our call when we have any questions. Max was also great - he showed us around a house that we were interested in and he was very informative. All in all great team - very proactive.
