I had occasion to deal with Parkers Lettings in Market Place, Reading, recently and what a delightful experience it has turned out to be. I found all the staff welcoming, warm, caring, understanding, patient and thoughtful. I would like particularly to commend Kyle, Holly, Jessica and Rebecca. I had rented a house in Lower Earley through Parkers for few years. The lettings team at Parkers, especially Sophie Green, provided an excellent support and co-operation during my tenancy. They were prompt to resolve any issues, I would highly recommend them.

Have used Parkers for rental management for a few years now. Handled it myself before...and this is a much better arrangement! The help and advice is unfailingly friendly and all the staff I deal with have a great "we can sort it out" aproach (and with the mnimum of fuss). The management fee really does feel like money well-spent!

They have been very helpful and acted quickly when needed. Rebecca Snell communicated quickly with the landlord for us and was always prompt in her response to my emails.
