We purchased our first rental property through Parker's over 10 years ago and have remained with them as our letting agents ever since. We have always found their service extremely prompt and efficient, dealing with any issues between Tenant/s and Landlord without delay. Sophie is always a pleasure to correspond with and expert at her job.

I would like to say thanks to Angela. I have rented out my property with Parkers for 7 years. The first check out was faultless and 100% of the deposit was paid back. The second check out in Jan did not go well. There were items missing, the property was not returned to the same standard and items were excessively damaged, beyond wear and tear. Angela organised the re-cleaning to a professional standard, a gardener to cut the grass and clear up the unattended borders and the replacement of broken items at the tenants expense. The difficult task for Angela was liasing with the ex-tenant to agree damages. This is a difficult job balancing expectations of the owner and the tenant. Angela had to define what was fair wear and tear and what was damage and how this would be treated by the DPS. Luckily after several difficult calls the tenant agreed to the charges without having to go to the DPS.

I would like to commend Mark Brooker , the lettings Director for his professionalism , advice and help to get our property on the market as well as securing a tenant so quickly. He was quick to get back to us when needed to sort out any issues. His excellent knowledge of the market and his understanding of what needs to be done to secure the asking price proved invaluable . Very impressive -thanks Mark. Glad we chose Parkers.

I recently used Parker’s to sell my property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. I found them to be honest, pragmatic and very efficient. They know the Reading market well, gave me sound advice on the valuation and managed visits with minimal fuss and much courtesy. Post offer the sale was managed very efficiently with excellent updates provided at each stage and progression kept timely by the excellent Somer.

Excellent Service provided by Parkers Lettings team in letting out my central Reading house. Having rented it out myself successfully for the past 11 years I thought I might find myself being critical of their efforts but I can honestly say it was a very efficient and helpful service. Recommended.
