Hi Michal, We're sorry to see this issue - we instructed Reading Heating and continued to chase for updates and confirmations on an arranged visit to sort out this issue. We received confirmation that they had been in contact and booked a visit to resolve the situation, which has occurred. We always aim to assist our tenants as much as we possibly can, and with this situation we were waiting on a third party. Hi Yvonne, thank you for sharing your feedback, we set a high standard for ourselves, and hearing that these were not met in your interaction with Parkers is extremely unfortunate, and I apologise that your experience did not meet the expectations. This is an extremely rare occasion where this situation has happened and we have taken steps to investigate it thoroughly and since introduced measures to ensure it does happen moving forward. We were fully compliant with all discussions involving the Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards - during this process there was no mention or outcome of Parkers being struck off - and then applied the discount/refund following the outcome of the review.

Looking through our records, it looks as though you were originally registered with Parkers Tilehurst and not Reading, as they are not part of our team, I cannot look further into the details of this issue.
