Haslams Estate Agents is the largest and most established estate agency in Reading. "Billy", who took care of us, was very friendly and helpful. I thank him and his manager. We were very pleased that we rented our house from here, I hope we can buy a house from this agency in the future. I am deliberately making this comment in Turkish so that this comment can guide Turkish families like us. Find Billy and ask for support, I'm sure he will help you as much as he helped us.

I've had some frustrating and unpleasant experiences with lettings agents in the past, and so when it came time to move house I was prepared for the worst. Haslams has been a breath of fresh air - they've made the whole process so simple and relaxed for my partner and I, and have always been quick to reply to emails or calls and answer any questions. A huge thank you to Katie Wild, who has been absolutely fantastic and has made every effort to be as helpful as possible. Moving can be a really stressful time, but with Haslams I have felt that a huge weight has been taken off. Thank you!

Haslams did a great job selling my house. Jack and Aran were helpful and knowledgeable contact points during the sale to answer my questions and handle negotiations. Fay did an amazing job as the sale progression contact giving regular updates and handling all the solicitors and other agents in our chain. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Our experience with Haslams has been fantastic from start to finish. Max Goldberg was incredibly welcoming and professional when we conducted our first viewing of the property. He patiently answered our (many) questions and phoned the office to report issues that we had spotted and get further information where necessary. He even re-arranged his later viewings when it was evident we were going to over-run with our viewing - we didn't feel at all rushed and he was very accommodating. He then arranged a second viewing for us and George exhibited the same levels of professionalism and liaised effectively with the office when we expressed an interest in renting the property. Finally, Amy Bentley has handled the negotiations with the property with professionalism and alacrity. She has made our case to the landlord and negotiated the contract with them. She was communicative throughout the process and provided us with all the information we needed. She was constantly available, either by phone or email and quick to respond to our queries.
