Kudos to Isobel, Katie, and Michael for finding me a tenant in the autumn. They were on top of the detail every step of the way, providing regular proactive updates, chasing for documents, arranging certificates, and responding to questions ad-hoc. It's rare to see a team embrace process and communication so effectively and effortlessly. I expect to work with Haslams more in the future. Well done.

This is our second apartment we are finding through Haslams and both times it's only been an incredibly easy process. Currently I live in a flat which I rent through Haslams agency, and recently I had a broken boiler that couldn’t be fixed for 3 weeks. During this time Simona Baldini-Beck, our property manager, was always available to help and really pushed for us to be compensated fairly. If it wasn’t for her the situation would’ve been a lot worse. Beyond this incident she is always quick to respond when we raise a report on maintenance and I know she is doing her best for our stay in the property to be as stress free as possible.
