This is my first time experience with Haslams and i must say that it was impeccable so far. We have just signed up for a new tenancy and my move manager Michael had been extremely helpful. More than that whats important is he was patient with our queries, providing timely information and guidance and very courteous in his dealings. From start to finish the process is very smooth. They took down our requirements very carefully and offered us the best options, the viewings were quick and team was punctual to show up. Bridge between us and the landlord was handled very professionally (from a tenant's view point). Referencing was done in time using a 3rd party and the lease agreement signing was all digital using docusign. We just had to show up once for the identity check to their office - everything else was promptly handled over email. Please keep up the good work and your service standards. Last thing - they are slightly overpriced in comparison but the service quality can justify it. ;-) I recommend them highly.
