My husband and I took almost 2 months to find a property to rent in Reading. Haslams was always very helpfull and professional in all our viewings and trying to find a property for us. Even when thing weren't very well handled, they have heard our feedback and tried their best to compensate or make our life easier. The process was always managed by Alice Baker who was always very nice and kind, helpful, responsive and professional.

We have recently bought a house from a seller represented by Haslams, dealing with Simon. He has been a real pleasure to work with, dealing with us efficiently, highly professionally, and we felt like we could approach him with questions or concerns. He always communicated brilliantly. All of the other Haslams staff we have dealt with (including Laura and Chris) have also been fantastic. We would certainly consider using Haslams in the future for other business and would recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house.

I have been a tenant with Haslams for 3 years now and have had a consistently good experience. Unlike other agencies they are quite straight with you and you'd never incur any hidden costs. In addition you absolutely get what you pay for. They regularly check the condition of my flat and provide helpful advise on upkeep. Best of all is that the response time for incidents I've had (2 incidents during the 3 years) is almost instantaneous, mostly thanks to my client manager, Donna Turner. Great service!
