Fenella was our original point of contact but after she departed on maternity leave, Lee stepped in to take up the reins. This had been a particularly long hard slough due to incompetent solicitors, but regardless of what was thrown at us, the team at Haslams dealt with the issues with professionalism and aplomb. Today, we finally exchanged and I’m sure Lee was as pleased as we were, he genuinely has been a great support over the last few months. He’s always been available to take my calls, is truly decent and hard working and has a superb sense of humour, which at times, was very much needed! Ollie has also been a real trouper when it came to sorting out additional issues and again, his responses were prompt. Never once, in respect of any of the team at Haslams, did I have to chase a reply. To the entire team, thank you.
