I can certainly recommend

I am an estate agent myself so to say i am picky is an understatement. Antony knows the areas and his customers very well. A buyer was found very quickly, just the way it should be. Thanks again

Great local estate agent

My first time buyer experience

After seeing the property on right move I met with Jade from Lawrence Anthony to view - she was very flexible, helpful and generally made me feel comfortable to ask any questions, especially as a first time buyer this made me feel very comfortable. I had some liaisons with Andrea over the phone to submit my offer, because Anthony helped me close the deal - and even allowed me the flexibility to arrange key collection on completion while I was out of the country. Would recommend the team.

Firstly they failed to pass on my offer to the family. After trying again, my offer was accepted (13th June, they asked for info 17th June and all information they asked for given. I ran around getting my mortgage application done (within one week, they already had my mortgage in princlible). They didn't mark it as SOLD SUBJECT TO CONTRACT. Chasing and chasing for updates to be told on 9th July they had another higher offer and was going to go with that. SLIMY AND UNDERHANDED.
