The office manager Graham is fantastic. The way he dealt with myself and Mr Khan was fantastic. He then went above and beyond to help my friend Hava to sell her extremely damp house and was very hands on. Bah

I recently experienced an issue with broken stairs to the entrance of my home. I immediately sent an email to Rachael in the evening as it was late and first thing the next morning I already had a reply to say she was handling it immediately and also was kind enough to check if I was ok. The enquiry was then passed along to Sarah who got the situation dealt with quickly with no hassle and also took time out to see if I was ok. Very friendly!

Probably the best letting agent I’ve dealt with so far. The two agents that helped me Rachel and Sarah made the process of moving a lot easier than normal and avoided a lot of the usual time wasting that most places do. They were also always early to appointments which I’ve noticed is a real problem with other agents.

Janet has been absolutely fantastic and I don't think we would have completed in time if not for the dedication even after you had moved offices. Can't thank you enough for getting our dream home. Couldn't recommend enough and always available to help

Racheal Howarth Cofield is an absolute star, from the first day we were passed over to her from sarah, she was so helpful. Our house sale fell through and being in a chain we were at risk of losing out on our new house. Thats when we appointed Graham Shuttleworth to sell our house. Graham was intrumental in re-listing our house at pace and with alot of attention to detail. As a result we were able to sell the house soon after and from the initial listing through to completion The best part was that Graham kept us up to date all along and took alot of pressure off us especially when it came to liaising with the solicitors.
