Jade Gumm was excellent, I am still going through my purchase at the moment but Jade help me find my new home so I wanted to write this review now. She was punctual, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I spent two days doing viewings with Jade, I drove down from London each time, I saw so many varied choices and Jade took all my requests and changing mood/mind on board and delivered on both days, she was also very accommodating to my schedule which I appreciated a lot. So far I am very happy with Miles and Barr. Thanks to all the rest of the team for their help too.

When i needed to get some info from the staff at the branch, they were professional and helpful. Harry at the Ramsgate branch, was particularly good. I only had a couple of phone calls with him but he was extremely polite, extremely helpful and totally 100 % committed to sorting out my issues. My main dealings were with Suzanne Bearden and she was fundamental in getting our completion through before Christmas. Polite, tireless and professional, I couldn't praise her work highly enough. Miles and Barr are lucky to have both Suzanne and Harry working for them - wonderful people :D
