I have received an excellent service from Judith from the Ramsgate office. She is professional, friendly and easy to deal with. She always makes sure she gets the answers to all the queries I need quickly and maintains good communication throughout. She has plenty of local knowledge about the area which is extremely useful when viewing properties and goes out of her way to help in any way she can.

I have had my last few property inspections with Amanda Turner. I have rented for over ten years and I always find this process difficult and a bit stressful . Amanda is so lovely and mindful of this. She is always reassuring and kind but always professional and efficient. I wouldn't want anyone else to carry out the visit now ! Overall , as a tenant , Miles and Barr are a good , efficient company to deal with and I have no complaints in the 4 years I have been with them .
