Katie was absolutely amazing phoned her at 9oclock this morning about a rental property by 11am we had been accepted and already onto the next steps could not fault this lady friendly and professional and got us well on track to our new house in under 2 hours amazing service

Currently going through the process of buying my first property, all the team I have dealt with so far from the initial phone call to show interest in a property, to the viewings, and also the countless emails I've sent with my enquiries have been dealt with in a professional, kind and courteous manner. Also working alongside James Barfoot from MAB has been a godsend with applying for my first mortgage, always available to deal with and questions I've had regarding the whole process so far, he's been on the ball with getting everything that was needed to get a mortgage application submitted straight away. From a buyers perspective you hear so many horror stories of agents having no interest in the buyers, but I'm really hoping my first house buying experience goes against that grain! Keep up the good work guys, thanks!
