So impressed with James the mortgage advisor. We went direct with our bank which gave us wrong information. Not sure where to turn to James took our call and was very knowledgeable with our bank and the products available. He advised us to call the bank back to confirm they had not got it wrong and he was right, they had! Thanks to James we are still moving. I will definitely use James in the future and can highly recommended him. **addition:- the whole team have been great and we would like to personally thank Nina, Sales Progressor, for all the hard work she had done helping us push this through. She has been so professional with her calm approach, putting us at ease when we had been seriously stressed whilst also being very knowledgeable about all matters of our move and keeping us regularly updated, she really is a superstar!
