My first introduction to RMJ was when Lee Franklin came to value my property. Lee was prepared, professional, personable and ultimately, the reason why I decided to instruct RMJ. He represented the agent well. I was on a tight timescale to get the property photographed, marketed and an open day organised, RMJ happily and successfully worked to meet my timescales. We sold on the first open day. Once I was under offer I came under the care of Nina who is the Sales Progressor. Nina was brilliant, in what was quite a tricky chain (challenging and aloof solicitor at the end of the chain). Side note: always use the suggested solicitors, they are suggested for a reason, good communication, works well with agent, and shows urgency when needed. Nina and the RMJ team went over and above expectations on many occasions (I’m still very grateful), managed my expectations, and was in constant communication. Nina really pushed to get my exchange/completion over the line. Would highly recommend RMJ Rainham.

We viewed a property this afternoon and were met by Learna who was on time and gave us all the time we needed to view the property. Upon leaving and after listening to our requirements she offered to set up another immediate viewing that she thought would be of interest. NIna and the team at RMJ, worked so hard on the sale of our property, the marketing is excellent and nothing was ever to much for them, they sold it the first time round in under 5 days but unfortunately the chain collapsed, but then they re marketed and sold the property to a new buyer and we was completed in under 6 weeks. Nina was outstanding being the progression advisor she seemed to always be a step ahead of the Solisitor and is excellent at her job, Highly rated they done a great job thanks all of you. We used Cook Taylor wood house solicitors for the sale and purchase but they wouldn’t be for us again

I had a great experience with RMJ Rainham. Moving to a sort after area can be very stressful considering your not the only person trying to move to that area. When I was viewing the property Libby gave me some good advice on how to get the landlord to pick me and it worked :) Libby and Stacey made the whole experience very stress free and any problems that I had were dealt with promptly.
