Due to unforeseen circumstances, my tenants decided to move out before the contract ended. Fortunately, the agency found new tenants in a very short time. Throughout the new contract process, Michaela, Sophie and Terry have been helping me. They give you constant updates, and reply to emails asap. My property needed some repair works, Michaela was able to organise a good contractor who managed to do all the repair works promptly. Sophie is very good at passing messages via fix and Flo if there are issues. Terry helped me a lot while negotiating previous deposit claims. Overall I’m very happy with the services provided by the agency. I’ve been with them for about 4 years and will continue to do so.
