From the very time of viewing a property through this team, they have been nothing but magnificent. Initial property viewed there was difficulties, that the team attempted to resolve. On viewing our next property they knew the issues, and have literally done everything they can to assist. Nikki from first interest in the property, communicated as soon as viewing slots were available. Ellie on viewing day, was so knowledgeable on the property, but was not just a job for her, she made us feel so relaxed, and every step of the way, she would let us know the previous issues had were resolved went above and beyond with those details, that helped so much. On referencing and the checks, Stacey has been such a pleasure, a million questions, and she always answers with the same emotion. The team have been unbelievable and I cant put in to words how much they have helped me and my partner. All of them are a credit to the company, and we will always be forever grateful.
