Simple, straight forward, easy. They are the best rated Estate agent in Medway on comparison sights for a reason people! Upfront with everything. No hidden costs, amazing friendly staff, great communication every step of the way. Put our house up for sale beginning of March, Completed beginning of May. Nina and her team will look after you! Would never use anyone else!

While we we weren't able to use you for selling our property, we purchased our home from someone you were an agent for. From the moment we had a viewing through to the completion everyone we interacted with were amazing and professional. Nina was very hard working in ensuring exchange and completion took place as early as it could despite the long chain. I really can't fault anything she did. She kept all parties on their toes. We love our new home and can't wait to enjoy many years in it.

Robinson, Michael and Jackson, Rainham and Gillingham Branch provided me with objective and helpful advice and tactics that when I used then appeared to speed up and secure the sale of my house that was being dealt with by another well-known local property broker over a very prolonged and stressful period. There is no doubt in my mind that I would have benefited greatly by contracting this estate agency at the outset and now wish I had. I would describe them as professional, caring and customer focused and genuinely recommend them.

As a landlord, I have to compliment the three ladies that I dealt with at Robinson Michael and Jackson. Kelly, Ellie, and Stacey were professional and on the ball consistently throughout the process. From superb photos, a great write up, a string of viewings, and then a superb documentation team that followed up, I would highly recommend them.

I have been so impressed with all the team at the Rainham branch they have been so helpful and patient at such a stressful time. The sales progressor Nina has been a true angel helping me navigate the sale and her understanding and thoughtful approach couldn’t have been better they are all a great bunch of people and I would highly recommend them.

Nina Nash(Sales Progressor) was extremely helpful for us in owning our dream home. She did her best in speeding up the whole process and liasing with the seller from time to time for updates. I've had an amazing experience with Robinsons Michael and Jackson. They dealt with the sale and purchase of my property. The sales team are great, and we're very professional. On time for my viewings and kept me updated. I sold my house very quickly as did my partners who was also selling his property. We also purchased our house through RNJ. Our sale and purchase was not easy as we were selling two houses to buy one. Nina Nash, who dealt with our sale and purchase once the offer was accepted was amazing. Always called me when I had an enquiry and was very professional and kept me up to date with progress. I have to say it was a very smooth transaction and would recommend RMJ 100%.
