Finding a tenant can be a stressful experience, but thanks to Ellie, Kelly and Stacey at Robinson Michael & Jackson Rainham & Gillingham, the entire process from start to finish was smooth and hassle-free. RMJ was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the entire process. I was kept informed every step of the way. They are always available to answer my questions and address any concerns promptly. RMJ handled everything from listing the apartment to managing showings, tenant selection, and lease signing. They took the stress out of the process, allowing me to focus on other things. I highly recommend RMJ to anyone looking to find a tenant for their property. They made the whole experience stress-free and successful.

Always a great experience with the lettings team in Robinson Michael & Jackson everyone has been so helpful during my tenancy over the years. We are highly satisfied with the excellent service from RMJ Rainham office, when we recently sold our house. Special thanks to Learna Smith for a fantastic job of marketing our property, and getting a quick sale at a better price than I expected. What more can you ask for from an estate agent. The whole office works well as a team too: phone calls are answered by real people (not constant voicemail) and messages are passed on promptly and efficiently. We are really glad that we chose RMJ to sell our property. I would not hesitate to use them again for selling a property in Rainham/Gillingham.

We sold our house through Robinson, Michael and Jackson. It completed today. I cannot recommend them enough! They supported us right from deciding a price to market our property to the completion. Nina Nash, our sales progressor was proactive at every stage and dealt with my impatience in the most professional and helpful way possible. Communication was perfect. Any bumps that came along (due to the chain of buyers) were dealt with by Nina in an efficient and timely manner and we are now at the end of our journey. Thank you to the team but mostly we would like to thank Nina for everything. You are a credit to the company. If we need any assistance in the future we will definitely be back to see you.
