James is very approachable and friendly, has a brilliant knowledge and advice, and regularly checks in and keeps in touch to ensure everything is going smoothly. I enquired about a property as a potential HMO, Adam very quickly followed up on my enquiry to get me a viewing booked in. Adam was very professional and also found other properties he believed i would be interested in so I could save some time and view them back to back. This is my first interaction with this estate agents, no complaints so far 🙂

I have found Robinson Michael & Jackson very professional and easy to use (for viewings) I have seen 2 properties with them in the past few weeks and I appreciate their professionalism. Jess from RMJ was very welcoming and I found her easy to talk to and any questions I had, she answered easily. The best estate agent we could have chosen to sell our flat! Was excellent service from the beginning to end of our move! Photos of our flat were perfect! Ryan took time and consideration when taking them, assisting with tips and ensured we were happy with everything! We honestly cannot thank Nina enough! Always available to answer the phone and was updating us the whole way through. We loved that we could rely on the team especially Nina to answer any questions we had, even those that weren’t ordinarily for estate agents. Honestly only good things to say! Highly recommend especially if you want a team that is going to help with everything they can to make moving house a smooth process!
