RMJ clearly demonstrate why you should support high street agents! Yes, online agents are cheap, but possibly being the biggest investment and most stressfull time in a persons life, why cut corners? They found a buyer for my property in less than a week, and when the buyers encountered issues which meant we were possibly faced with putting the house back on the market, RMJ saved the sale! Shane was our dedicated sales progression manager, he frequently kept us updated and pushed the sale from either side whenever neccessary. I am neither a tenant nor a landlord using Robinson Michael & Jackson, but I had a problem regarding a misdirected electricity bill from Scottish Power which became nasty with debt collection agency demands etc. Robertson Michael and Jackson was the addressee. I spoke to Kelly in the Lettings Office, and she couldn't have been more helpful. She spoke to both Scottish Power and the debt collection agency, and has managed (I hope ) to get this resolved. The time and effort she put into this was well beyond the call of duty for which I am most impressed, and indeed very grateful.
