I've just sold via the property centre, and they have made a very stressful time as easy as possible. Victoria came and took great quality photos straight away, and had a really good chat about how I wanted to market my house. All staff involved in viewings were so respectful of my home, i couldn't even rell that they had been in! Sophie has been on regular contact throughout the entire legal process, she has pulled an absolute blinder quite frankly! Having not moved house for 22 years I was naturally apprehensive. I need not have worried. My local team were helpful and professional. They did a great job of marketing my property. It looked really good with pictures and a virtual tour when it went on line. I accepted a really good offer after only two days of viewing and lots of interest being shown. I was then appointed a sales progessor. Sophie talked me through everything and kept me updated on progress. In general it went smoothly but when there was the odd delay I didn't have to worry about what was going on as there was never a time when I wasn't updated. Really wonderful virtually stress free sale thanks to a great team who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.
