We had the best service from the team at Quedgeley property centre with the purchase of our new home. Dealt with everything in the very difficult times of Covid. Professional in their approach to the viewings we went on, handled their side of the purchase with a friendly manner and the follow-ups during the purchase were a reassurance. We also had our mortgage arranged by Scarlett Morris, in the onsite mortgage advice bureau office, so thorough, knowledgeable and patient in arranging things. Explained everything in depth and in a way that was easy to understand. We bought our house through Dani who was incredible throughout the whole process. Even when my solicitors weren’t getting back to me, Dani would chase up people for me and report back as quickly as she could.
