How refreshing to deal with genuine, honest and sincere estate agents when trying to secure a property. The team at the Purley branch, Lara, Gemma and Sam restored our faith in estate agents and provided a very sincere and personal service.

Lisa Adams handled the letting of our flat in Purley . She was very professional and helpful and always let us know what was happening. We had been with another local agent for over a month who had failed to find a suitable tenant. Lisa very quickly organized lots of viewings and kept us informed of feedback and how it was going. Within 3 weeks she had signed up a perfect couple who moved in this week. I would highly recommend her.

We switched to streets ahead after using another estate agent and not getting a particularly good service. I was dubious that changing estate agents wouldn’t actually make a difference, after all doesn’t everyone just search for houses using Rightmove?! My God was I wrong! The team there really worked hard to sell our house, we had viewings lined up straight away and what was even nicer is they do all the viewings for you! The other estate agent we used always had an excuse so we were wasting our weekends and evenings showing people around our house. Sam Eden and Gemma were absolutely fab, they’re approachable and answer your calls even when the office is closed for the night. After a nightmare experience trying to sell or property they took over and put our minds at ease. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

I switched to Streetsahead after being with another agent for months and whose service miserably failed me. Sam carried out a valuation and reassured me that Streetsahead would sell my place, he said their other offices would market it too….mm I’d heard this before so was rather sceptical. Very quickly I received lots of calls, texts and emails from Sam, Gemma and their other offices, to book in viewings. I actually received an offer from someone who had gone to see another flat with a different branch but was then encouraged to take a look at mine. Shame it didn’t go through to fruition but straight away Sam and Gemma were booking in more viewings and true to Sams word he didn’t give up and I couldn’t believe it when he left me a voicemail to give him a ring as he had two offers to discuss. They’ve also help me with finding a conveyancer too. I really don’t believe you can beat Sam and Gemmas commitment, they really are amazing – always approachable, seem to work crazy long hours and are quick to respond- their service is outstanding. Well what can I say about Streets Ahead Sam & Gemma-so much !!! We have only been on Streets Ahead books since 21st July 18 after being long term with another agent and getting nothing. Sam & Gemma have worked so very hard on selling our house and as of today we have accepted an offer YIPPEE!!!!!! Sam and Gemma - the dream team :) They made arranging and viewing our property easy and were very forthcoming with answers around the questions we had. Just had to leave a review, selling houses is not the most fun thing in the world to do and I hadn't done it in 17 years! I was extremely impressed with streets ahead Sam and Gemma were amazing they were professional and personable. I felt from the beginning that they were invested in me and my family and ensuring that we were able to move on. The office kept in constant communication through phone, email and text. I was updated at every stage and I genuinely felt fully informed. Staff were always on time to do viewings and often arrived early to check in with me if I was there. Feedback was always supplied in a timely fashion and was sensitive too, selling a house can be brutal everyone has opinions! Streets ahead gave me construction considered feedback that was always helpful and appropriate. I can't recommend them enough I didn't just feel like I was earning them commission I genuinely felt like they were invested in us as a family. I am truly grateful for Sam and Gemma's support during a very difficult time.
