Inaccurate information and completely misleading to infer data about a property's configuration and value based solely on an EPC.

Why is my house showing on your website I did not give permission for it to be shown.Also the info is totally wrong as is valuation. My home is worth £225000 , where did you get your valuation from, like I say information is wrong ,remove it from your website immediately!!

I filled out three enquiries on the website for these guys, never receiving a call back from an engineer. So I started calling daily about my project, starting from 29/01, every day I got the same answer that someone would call me back shortly to book in an engineer visit. From 7 calls, I spoke to five different people, all aware of the project deadlines who said they would 'call me back shortly', I didn't receive a single call back but remained patient with my project on a deadline. Every call was 'Don't worry, we'll get an engineer out to you'. I called today 07/02/25, to be told engineers are booked until mid-March. A complete waste of time and putting our whole project deadline and opening date for our independent business at risk. A week and a half waiting on these guys for them to quite rudely dismiss me when surely they'd know if their engineers were booked!

Worst agency, never pick up phone, took them 3 weeks to arrange viewing, and 30 minutes before appointment they cancel viewing! Okay, this thing happened, we give another try same exact thing happened!
