From Tracy first showing us around the house, to Lindsey sorting out all of the checks and paperwork, we were in our new rental property within 4 weeks. The team was friendly and responsive and made the whole process very easy. I'd definitely recommend Gilmore Estates to anyone.

As first-time buyers, the whole process can be very daunting, but the team at Gilmore were happy to help and communicated fantastically throughout. The team at Gilmore Estates were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process of purchasing of our new house. Excellent all the way through, from flexibility with viewings, to liaising with the sellers whenever issues arose to keeping things moving along. Also very helpful in providing details of local contractors to help us with some small jobs. We love our new home and would highly recommend Gilmore Estates to anyone looking to buy.
