Normie estate agents were absolutely fantastic. I was really stressed having experienced a house purchase fall through that had been on the market with Clive Anthony (who were absolutely appalling). From the minute I arranged to book a viewing a day after a house went onto the market and then putting the offer to the seller through to getting the keys they were amazing. They totally empathised with the difficulty of my position of living with friends due to the previous place falling through and chased everyone almost daily to achieve a from viewing to completion timescale of 8 weeks (my solicitors Ocean in Bishopston were a massive driving force behind this, with Normie more than happy to get on board and work hard to help). I highly recommend Normie they are an estate agent filled with lovely, pragmatic people, who are able to navigate the emotion and challenges of buying a properly sensitively and proactively!!!

Normie estate agents dealt with the sale of my late father's flat. Natalie arranged the valuation and Jaymes dealt with the early stage of the sale. Nicole co- ordinated the latter stages. All were extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

I bought my house though Normie at the the start of this year. Thoughout the whole process, Nicole Bradburn was on hand to help me whenever there was a hiccup or slow progress. I had multiple issues with my solicitor, but Nicole was there to help (and sometimes just to listen to me rant!) and worked tirelessly to make it happen, liasing with all the parties and actually making sense of what was happening. Without her help, the buying process would have been much more stressfull. Nicole and everyone else at Normie really were genuinely fantastic and I cannot reccomend them highly enough!
