Having said that we must say that there is something very wrong with a system that allows a potential buyer to make an offer on a house and while constantly nagging the seller to hurry so as not to break the chain themselves go AWOL at the very last minute when the seller's house is basically packed up and ready for them to move in. And not even to have the decency to inform the estate agent that for whatever reason they have changed their mind. THE LAW DESPERATELY NEEDS CHANGING.
