It was the first time we had bought or sold any properties through Normie and Co and couldn't have chosen a better agent to help us through the stress of buying and selling. Right from the start, nothing was too much trouble for Georgina and Sharron, and any queries we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Everyone worked hard to get as many viewings as possible on our home and we were delighted to get a quick sale. We cannot fault the professional yet personal service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I acted as a buyer of a property dealing with Normie and Co in particular Lawrence. It was often hard for my solicitors to get in touch with the sellers solicitors and Lawrence was always on hand to help things along. Updates came regularly and we always felt informed during the process.

Wonderful service. They sold my last 2 houses and were very efficient and always one step ahead. Would 100 % recommend and use them again is we decide to move.

EXCELLENT After recently selling our house through Normie & Co this is the 4 occasion we have used them either buying or selling a property , each time we have requested Nigel Bagguley as our sales advisor as we have always found him to be a extremely dedicated person who has a guided us through each step of the process with professionalism, kindness and support Nigel sold our house in ONLY 4 days and I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling their property as he is genuinely a nice guy who tries his best for the customer Thank you again John L & Victoria Dobbins
